Unopened products: 30-day returns

You can return unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by you, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Opened filament

Filament absorbs moisture once its sealed bag is opened, so we can't resell it. Opened filament can't be returned unless it is defective.

Defective or wrong items

If a product is defective (for example, tangled from the factory, the wrong diameter, the wrong color, or not what you ordered), email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the lot or batch number from the spool label, and photos or a short video of the problem. If we confirm the issue, we'll replace the item or refund you, including shipping, at no cost to you. We may ask you to return the item using a prepaid label we provide.

How to start a return

1. Email info@mokubee.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different color is to return the unopened item and place a new order.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
