Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
In-stock orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. We're a small team, so during busy periods it can take a little longer. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships. We can't ship items that are sold out or coming soon.
Shipping cost and taxes
Shipping cost and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you pay the additional shipping cost, or refund the product cost minus original shipping.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it, email info@mokubee.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage, including the box. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
